The Scarlet Ibis At The Tropic Zone - Wildlife Center

This vividly colored bird hales from Central and South America to the southeastern US. It flies in large flocks and feeds in mud flats and shallow basins. This task is accomplished by poking its large beak into hard to reach places in search for small fish and insects.
