meadow with gently rolling hills.
Close to Fifth Avenue it is easily
accessible from Central Park perimeter
and invites many visitors who can
see it from outside of the Park's
boundaries.
The East Meadow is widely used for
many Park activities including sunbathing,
picnics and sports.
