One of the major attractions
to the Meer in Central Park is
Catch and
Release Fishing.
Stocked with largemouth bass, channel
catfish, bluegill sunfish, pumpkinseed
sunfish, grass carp, chain pickerel,
rock perch, and golden shiners, the Meer is a veritable source of entertainment
for kids and adults who like to dangle
their fishing poles in the tranquil
waters of this little sea.
